AvoSnooker Terms of Use
Acceptance
By playing AvoSnooker you agree to these terms and to the studio terms of use. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Your account
The game creates an online player account for you. Keep your device and any linked sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account for ranked play.
Virtual items
Chalk, Pips, cues, cases, Tour Card rewards and other in-game items are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred or sold outside the game. Stakes at online tables are paid in Chalk only. We may rebalance items and prices to keep the game fair.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by those stores. If a refunded purchase was already used, we may remove the matching items.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use modified clients, bots or automation, exploit bugs, collude with an opponent, or pick offensive names. We may reset ratings or balances, remove items, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may void affected matches.
Online service
Online play depends on our server and your connection. We may change, pause or end online features. If a match fails because of a server fault, its stakes are refunded.
No warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcadeOnToast is not liable for indirect damages or for lost virtual items.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and continued play means you accept the update.
